Stemcell 13051 StemSep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 旨在通过阴性选择从小鼠脾细胞或其他组织的单细胞悬液中分离T细胞。不想要的细胞通过生物素抗体把非T细胞(CD11b (Mac-1), CD45R/B220, Ly-6G/C (Gr-1), TER119)和通过识别和生物素葡聚糖涂层细胞磁性颗粒的四聚体抗体配合物瞄准去除。标记的细胞和StemSep™列和磁铁分离。

Stable at 2 - 8°Cfor 1 year and 2 years, respectively. Do not freeze. These products have been sterility tested.
Magnetic Colloid
This product is shipped at room temperature. Once opened, stable at 2 - 8°Cfor 6 weeks. Stable at -20°Cfor 1 year. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing. This product has been sterility tested.
Rat Serum
Stable at least 2 years when stored at -20°C. Stable for 2 months when stored at 2 - 8°C. This product has been sterility tested.
