Stemcell 19771 EasySep™ Mouse Mesenchymal Stem/Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit旨在通过阴性选择从小鼠骨细胞中分离间充质干/祖细胞。不需要的细胞有针对性的被非上皮细胞(CD4, CD5, CD11c, CD45R/B220, CD49b, CD117, TER119, F4/80)针对的生物素抗体瞄准去除，。标记的细胞然后被抗生物素和葡聚糖的四聚体抗体配合物识别。这些细胞被绑定到磁性粒子，使用没有柱的EasySep™磁铁 分离。期望得到的细胞倒入到一个新的管。
