溶解：提供的小鼠白介素-6(mIL 6)产品为过滤灭菌的白色冻干粉末；该冻干粉末是从含小鼠白介素-6(mIL 6)的溶液（不含添加剂）中冻干产生的。我们建议加10mM HCl以配制工作储存液到0.1-1.0 mg/ml，后继实验过程中可根据实验要求进一步稀释。
保存：小鼠白介素-6(mIL 6)在室温可保存3周，或置于-18℃冻存用于长期保存。重新溶解后可以在4℃冷藏保存至少2-7天；如果想延长保存时间，建议分装（加载体蛋白如0.1% HSA或 BSA）后置于-18℃冻存。请避免反复冻融。

Description 

Interleukin-6 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 187 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21709 Dalton.
The IL-6 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Lyophilized from a 0.2µm filtered concentrated solution in PBS, pH 7.4.

Solubility  （溶解性）

It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Mouse Il-6 in sterile 18M?-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability  （稳定性）

Lyophilized Interleukin-6 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution IL6 should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
