描述：

PeproTech提供三种独立的内皮细胞培养基配方，用于体外培养：来源于骨髓或外周血的内皮祖细胞（EPC; PeproGrow EPC）; 来自大血管的内皮细胞（PeproGrow MacroV）; 来自小血管的内皮细胞（PeproGrow MicroV）。这些培养基配方保持了出色的内皮细胞形态和功能，并增加了内皮细胞一氧化氮合成酶（eNOS）的活性，这是内皮细胞特异性的关键标志物。通过这样做，培养基为大血管和微血管内皮细胞以及EPC提供了最佳的细胞培养环境; 以超过商业媒体的速度增长细胞。这些培养基配方针对原代/祖细胞细胞进行了优化，

PeproGrow EPC以500mL瓶装基础培养基和单独的冷冻生长因子组分提供。

产品介绍：

EPC增殖。 将EPC接种到涂有纤连蛋白的平板上，并在PeproGrow EPC基础培养基+生长补充物-EPC（PeproTech）和竞争者培养基中培养7天。根据制造商的方案，使用XTT测定法在细胞培养后7天评估EPC的增殖能力。EPC的增殖能力表示为使用平板读数器计算的荧光强度（OD）的平均值，用于一式三份进行的两次独立测定。
