TGF-β1产品介绍：
TGF-β1是一组蛋白超家族。TGF-β1是由两个结构相同或相似，分子量为12.5kD的亚单位通过二硫键连接而成的双体。在人的心肌成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞和巨噬细胞等均有表达。TGF-β1信号通路的关键传导分子为胞质蛋白Smads,他们可以将TGF-β1信号直接由细胞膜受体传导人细胞核内，是受体激酶介导的细胞内信号传导的新途径，为细胞信号跨膜后与核内基因转录之间开通了一条简便路径。不同的Smad介导不同的TGF-β1家族成员的信号转导。TGF-β1／Smad信号转导通路活化后，可以促进相关基因的转录，如胶原蛋白的表达增高，也可通过调节MMPs／TIMPs表达的平衡抑制胶原降解，促进组织纤维化。

Members of TGF-family are multifunctional cytokines that regulate cell proliferation, growth, differentiation and migration as well as synthesis of the extracellular matrix. The three human isoforms, TGF- 1,  2,  3, signal through the same receptor and elicit similar biological responses. The release of biologically active TGF-isoform from a latent complex involves proteolytic processing of the complex. TGF-1 is the most abundant isoform secreted by almost all cell types. Human TGF-1 is a 25.0kDa protein with each subunit containing 112 amino acid residues, linked by a disulfide bond.
