The EasySep™ Human CD4+CD25+ T Cell Isolation Kit is a simple two-step method designed to isolate CD4+CD25high cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC). CD4+ T cells are enriched from PBMC by negative selection using EasySep™ Human CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Cocktail. The EasySep™ cocktail contains a combination of Tetrameric Antibody Complexes (TAC) recognizing non-CD4+ T cells (CD8, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD20, CD36, CD56, CD66b, CD123, TCRγ/δ) and glycophorin A on red blood cells. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. The enriched CD4+ T cells are then selected for CD25high cells by positive selection using EasySep™ Human CD25 Positive Selection Cocktail. Cells are targeted with TAC recognizing CD25 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet and remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The selection steps can be fully automated using RoboSep™.

Product stable at 2 - 8°C or room temperature (15 - 25°C) until expiry date as indicated on label. Contents have been sterility tested. Please note that repeated exposure to air may cause some crystallization to occur around the edge of the tube. This crystallization does not affect the performance of the blocking solution.
