Stemcell 19751 EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 设计用来通过阴性选择从小鼠脾细胞或其他组织细胞的单细胞悬液中分离小鼠T细胞。不需要的细胞通过生物素的抗体把非T细胞（细胞 CD11b，CD19，CD45R/B220，CD49B，TER119）和通过生物素和葡聚糖包覆的磁性颗粒识别的四聚体抗体配合物瞄准并且去除。Stemcell 19751 EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 使用EasySep™磁铁分离，而不使用列标记的细胞。期望得到的细胞倒入到一个新的管。
