EasySep™ Human CD45 Depletion Kit 产品英文描述
The EasySep™ Human CD45 Depletion Kit is designed to deplete CD45+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow, or from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD45 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD45 antigen is expressed on all hematopoietic cells except erythrocytes and platelets.

Starting with whole blood, the depletion of CD45+ cells is typically 4.0 log. Plots were gated on Glycophorin A negative cells to exclude residual red blood cells. Ber-EP4 is an antibody against an epithelial cell surface antigen.
