StemSep™ Human CD4 Positive Selection Kit 产品英文描述
The StemSep™ Human CD4 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD4+ cells from fresh or previously frozen peripheral blood mononuclear cells by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD4 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using commercially available columns and StemSep™ magnets. The CD4 antigen is strongly expressed on helper T cells and is expressed more weakly on peripheral blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.

StemSep™ Magnetic Colloid
This product is shipped at room temperature. Once opened, stable at 2 - 8°C for 6 weeks. Stable at -20°C for 1 year. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing. This product has been sterility tested.
