EasySep™ Human Whole Blood CD2 Positive Selection Kit 产品英文描述
The EasySep™ Human Whole Blood CD2 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD2+ cells from whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD2 antigen is expressed on T cells and NK cells.

10X concentrate stable at room temperature (15 - 25°C) for 2 years from date of manufacture as indicated on label. Store at room temperature (15 - 25°C). 1X Lysis Buffer is stable at 2 - 8°C for 3 months. Store at 2 - 8°C. Do not freeze.
